Hands-On CE Brings Smiles to Many

Dentistry from the Heart
In honor of Dentistry from the Heart, many Heartland dentists join together each quarter to give back to their communities and provide free dentistry to hundreds of individuals. Dentistry from the Heart was founded by Dr. Vincent Monticciolo in 2001 to provide dental care to the growing number of Americans without dental insurance.
In 2010, Heartland dentists and their teams treated 1,821 people and have donated $473,237 of free dentistry during their Dentistry from the Heart events.
Thanks... Giving. Two words that Dr. Dez Ziegenhorn, Dr. Esther Machen and their patients at Raintree Family Dental Care know all about. Together, they donated more than 500 canned goods and nonperishable items to their local community food bank.
