Celebration Heartland Style!
Heartland Dental Care doctors and guests attending the fourth annual President’s Club trip celebrated success, renewed friendships and networked among the best of the best.
The Heartland Dental Care President’s Club is a distinguished group of Heartland doctors who are recognized for their excellent accomplishments and contributions to the company, based on outstanding achievements in providing quality, lifetime dental care to their patients.
President’s Club members lead with their commitment to consistently deliver the highest possible standard of care to their patients, provide strong leadership for their teams, increase their skills and knowledge through continuing education and support fellow doctors.
The 2010 President’s Club included a total of 114 doctors, 94 of whom attended the trip on the Mayan shores of the Mexican Riviera at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in March 2011.
The trip associated with the President’s Club is Heartland’s way of honoring doctors for their contributions to patient care during the year. Doctors attending say they enjoy the opportunity to network with other doctors, gain insight from and interact with executive team members and celebrate successes as a company. Another key benefit, doctors add, is that their spouses have the chance to view Heartland’s "big picture."
The 2010 President’s Club members included doctors from 13 states, representing 100 different practices.
"The President’s Club trip is a great mix of fun and camaraderie," said Dr. Gary Cameron of Asheboro Dental Care. "By 9 a.m. on Saturday, I had a tan and a dental office paradigm shift."
Participation in the President’s Club has nearly doubled since it was established in 2005. Of those in attendance this year, 24 were selected for the first time.
"I always look forward to the President’s Club trip with high anticipation," said Dr. Rick Workman. "This is my chance to show my personal appreciation to those doctors who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in delivering world-class patient care."
